General Information:

If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item for any item in our store or you can simply return the item. Please see return policy for requirements.

Order Processing/ In-House Rush

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Your order will be processed within 1 - 3 days of your order being received on all in-stock merchandise.

In-House Rush Service is offered for only $2.95 per order and will increase the speed of which your order is processed in our warehouse. All In-House Rush orders, of in-stock merchandise, typically are shipped within 4 - 24 hours after your order is received, except on weekends and holidays.

International Orders

We gladly ship orders to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Due to increased labor and time in processing we charge a flat rate shipping of $45 for orders up to 3 pounds. Taxes and duties are not included and must be paid by buyer.

We are a large wholesaler of motorcycle related items, specializing in biker eyewear. We strive to keep all merchandise in stock and ready to ship. Ocassionally, if an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will ship the item or items immediately after received from the supplier. No additional shipping charges will apply for orders being shipped in multi packages.

Tracking numbers are sent via email to the address you provided to us on your order. These emails are automatically sent by our shipping and order processing software. Please follow the instructions on the email to track your package.

Risk Free Exchange Policy

Glasses can be a hard item to fit online and for this reason we offer one free exchange shipping per order. Only for customers within the continental US 48 States. Please see exchange policy for details.

How to Return an Item

Please complete the return form included with your order and read the exchange or refund policy listed below.

Items should be repackaged with sufficient packing materials to arrive undamaged, and should ship insured with a tracking number. We only accept returns under the following circumstances.

All items must be received within 30 Days of order date, no exceptions

Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and in sellable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All product tags must be complete, undamaged, and attached as from factory to qualify for return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for properly packaging, shipping and insuring their return to us. We are not responsible for items while in transit to us and

we highly recommend using a shipper with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item.

Shipping and handling charges are non-returnable/ non-refundable for any reason and will not be included in calculation of returns or return credit.

All returns subject to our approval. Any return not meeting our return criteria will be returned to you at your expense.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for return processing, time starts after we have received the item for processing not from date of mailing. Missing or incomplete information, orders without an account created when initial order was placed may result in delays of up to 2 weeks.

Order number must be visible on the outside of the box and legible or order will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Shades we will buy them back for 100% of the purchase price if you are not 100%

satisfied. Returns must be requested within 10 Days of your order original ship date

and glasses must be returned in new condition with tags attached to qualify. Shipping

is the responsibility of the customer. .

Merchandise Refunds

Returns for refunds must be received within 14 days of your original shipping date to qualify for refund. Any return received after the 14 days, but before 30 days will only be available for exchange or store credit.

Returns for refund must follow the same guidelines as exchanges above in regards to merchandise condition and the return process.

Returns for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original Shipping and Handling as well as any optional checkout enhancements including but not limited to in-house rush and insurance are not refundable for any reason nor will they be used in calculation of the return.

In-Store Credits

Store credit will be issued upon request and for orders returned for refund that did not arrive within the 14 day time frame. There will be no restocking fee on orders issued to store credit. A credit voucher will be issued in the amount of the qualifying return for use on our website.

I Received the Wrong Merchandise

We strive hard to ship every order fast and correct, however, from time to time a mishap may happen. We will promply correct any incorrect item at no charge. Please contact us through our contact us page for instructions.

Low Shipping Rates

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier used. Time in transit can vary anywhere between 3 days and 10 days. Please check your inbox for tracking email sent after your order was shipped. This email contains a tracking number so you can view the shipments progress to your door.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and covers your package while in transit to you. We strongly suggest the purchase of insurance to protect your purchase from damage or loss. 999 Biker Glasses is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise while in transit to you. The title of our merchandise changes to your possession once the shipper has taken possession of the order. If you purchased the optional insurance and your order has been lost or damaged, please retain all merchandise and packing materials and contact us immediately for instructions. We will immediately file a claim on the insurance with the shipper.

Defective Merchandise

If you feel you have received defective merchandise we will work with the manufacturer to replace any defective merchandise. Simply follow the return instructions listed herein or on the return form included with your order and we will promply take care of the matter for you. We assist with manufacturer warranty claims for a period of no more than 30 days after your initial purchase. Any warranty work required after 30 days you will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement, typically at their discretion.

Damaged Merchandise

We pack and ship our orders with enough packing materials to arrive safely under normal circumstances to your door. Occassionally, the shipping carrier may damage the items for any number of reasons. Please notify the shippers driver immediately if you have received damaged merchandise to make them aware of the problem. Please see section regarding shipping insurance above for more details.

Missing merchandise from your order may be due to a backordered item which will be shipped seperately or at a later date. Please refer to your invoice included with your shipment for details on any out of stock, backordered items or other details pertaining to these items.

Refused Merchandise

Any order shipped and refused by the customer will be subject to a 25% Cancellation fee and the loss of original shipping plus any additional shipping charges billed by the shipper. Once a refused package is received back we will deduct any fees and refund the balance if any.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not share your information with anyone outside our organization for the purpose of serving you and completing your order. We may from time to time sent out special offers related to your purchase with our corporation.

Product Warranty

All products carry a manufacturers warranty, if any, only. 999 Biker Glasses in no way warrantys, either expressly or implied, any product. Most manufacturers we carry do provide customers with a warranty, please see item description for warranty information. Any warranty item is between customer and manufacturer.

Purchase Disputes

Customer agrees to reimburse our company for any and all expenses arising from the return or refusal of an order. Any dispute over the status of an order will be subject to a review by management and any determination made by management is final. Customer herein agrees to reimburse 999 Biker Glasses for any charges, fees or expenses incurred during the collection of funds including but not limited to collections, attourneys fees, chargeback fees, bank fees etc... We take credit card fraud seriously and prosicute any case of fraud to the full extent of the law. Agreement of our store policies is mandatory in order to make purchases through us, our checkout pages are equipped with a mandatory question informing you of your requirement to read, understand and agree to our terms. Placement of your order constitutes acceptance of our return policies.
